Transportation services for Medicare Advantage members
Upon request, transportation in our vans may be available for established Medicare Advantage patients to and from their medical centers for routine medical care and wellness classes in certain Cano regions and locations. Please call 855.226.6633 or speak with your center’s front desk staff to confirm if transportation is available at your medical center.
If the service is offered at your center, please remember that you need to schedule transportation at least 48 hours before your office visit, by calling 855.226.6633
