How We Track Points.
We track points annually, beginning on the member’s enrollment date. Members show their Cano Life card when they check in for their appointment or when they participate in an activity at one of our wellness centers.
Each new member is automatically enrolled with Silver Status.
As members complete healthy activities and preventive care services, they earn their way toward Gold and Diamond Status… earning more rewards along the way!

What is Cano Life?
Cano Life is our special member rewards program that helps you stay healthy through prevention and wellness activities. It also encourages fun, active living that improves your overall quality of life.
How does Cano Life work?
As soon as you become a Cano Health member, you will be automatically enrolled as a Silver member in the Cano Life program*. This will entitle you to receive a $10 gift card at your medical center, once you activate your membership. By completing preventative care and participating in healthy activities, you’ll continue to earn points that will take you to Gold and Diamond status and rewards.
*Available to Medicare Advantage patients who select Cano Health as their PCP.
Where can I get my Cano Health membership card?
Your membership card will arrive at your medical center within 60 days of your effective date with Cano Health. Please note that it is not necessary to have your membership card to receive Silver status points and rewards.
