Open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., by appointment only. To be tested, patients must pre-register for a scheduled appointment time. Patients must first have a written script from a physician before calling 954-320-5730. Those who do not have a primary care physician can still call and ask to speak with a registered nurse.

Participants can call 954-276-4680 in advance to complete criteria screening. Testing at this location is open to people of all ages who are symptomatic or asymptomatic, as well those who need to be re-tested after a previous positive test. These patients must wait at least 14 days from their initial test to get re-tested. Children getting tested at this location must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Appointments for children will be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

To be tested, patients must pre-register and have a written script from a physician to schedule an appointment. Those who would like to pre-register can call the Broward Health line at (954) 320-5730.
