If you have flu-like or COVID-19 symptoms, the best way to find out if you are positive is to get tested. Our medical centers are now testing for Coronavirus. Please call 855.CANO.MED (855.226.6633). If you cannot go to one of our centers, we can send a clinician to the home within 24 hours to perform the test.*
SERVICE AT OUR MEDICAL CENTERS
Cano Health has moved towards in-office consultations and procedures that are medically necessary, or that patients must have within the next 30 days. In keeping with CDC guidance , we will be observing strict means to keep our patients and staff safe at our centers:
- All patients must wear face coverings and maintain a physical distance of 6 feet from others.
- Transportation will be provided with limited passengers per trip. All patients will be screened for temperature prior to boarding our vehicles. If a patient has a fever or shows COVID-19 symptoms, he or she will not be allowed to board, and will be asked to call our urgency line instead.
- Our clinical staff will be wearing masks and enforcing physical distancing at our centers.
